Sometimes the clinical exam needs an objective second look. A spine scan lets us see the structure of your spine in more detail and fine-tune your treatment.
At Spine Center we don't order studies by default. I recommend a scan when it gives us information that actually changes the plan — not to sell you a package.
We read the results in context, alongside your history, your symptoms, and the physical exam.
What is a spine scan?
It's an assessment study that complements the clinical evaluation, helping us identify structural changes in the spine.
When might you need one?
- Persistent pain with no clear diagnosis.
- Symptoms that point to nerve compression.
- Tracking a condition already in treatment.
- Preparing for a decompression or rehabilitation plan.
Our approach
The scan doesn't replace the consultation: we read the findings alongside your exam and explain what they mean for your treatment.
When to come in
If your doctor or chiropractor has recommended a study, or if you've been living with pain and no clear answer, book a visit so we can decide whether a scan will help in your case.
