Spine evaluation (~1.5 h)

Spine

If you've been dealing with back pain, sciatica, or a herniated disc that isn't improving, the first step is understanding the cause — not pushing you into a package before we've seen your case.

The spine evaluation at Spine Center takes about an hour and a half. We go through your history, examine how you move and your posture, and review any prior imaging you bring.

With that, we decide whether spinal decompression or another conservative approach makes sense, and what plan you can actually keep up with in real life.

What the evaluation includes

  • A detailed clinical history and time to hear out your symptoms.
  • A physical exam of your spine, posture, and movement.
  • A review of any X-rays or prior imaging you bring.
  • A clear explanation of the findings and your conservative options.
  • An honest recommendation: treatment, follow-up, or a referral if that's what you need.

When it makes sense to book

  • Low-back pain or sciatica that's limiting your day-to-day.
  • A herniated disc or suspected nerve compression.
  • Pain that persists after rest or medication.
  • You want a second opinion before surgery.

Our approach

Cause before symptom

We don't sell packages before seeing your case. The evaluation is the starting point for a plan built around you — decompression, adjustments, exercises, or follow-up, depending on what your spine actually needs.

Book your spine evaluation

The evaluation is $1,300 MXN and includes a complete clinical assessment. Afterward we decide the next step together — no pressure to sign up for a program.
